VFD Bypass System

For water and wastewater plants, redundancy is essential. The more complex the system, the more possible points of failure. For our customer, we designed a VFD to replace and obsolete motor starter isolated by contractors and an additional starter to use in the event of VFD failure. This option included Auto, Off and Bypass switches in and an external VFD display to use in the event of PLC/controller failure.
