Kiln Control Systems
Customer needed to replace old, failing kiln controls for drying lumber.
Designed in 3D model for proper sizing and space of components. Once approved, fabricated and wired new panels with updated Allen Bradley PLC with ABB chart recorders. After installing and commissioning the first control system successfully, the customer requested and ordered two more. This new system is recording and automatically controlling the heaters, vents, and fans based off of humidity and temperature.
