Automated hoist system

Customer had an old, outdated Seimens processor with no easy way to troubleshoot or teach the positions of the hoist. We completely built a new panel with Allen Bradley micro 850 and panelview. The hoist has to go up and down in set positions plus travel left to right and back again. We built a custom pendent to jog into positions with a simple button to teach each location. After installalation was complete, customer was very happy and had us install the same system on another hoist.
